Description
E-CRAFTS is a cooperation partnership in adult education that aims to empower women at risk of social exclusion by strengthening their skills in digital entrepreneurship, e-commerce, and sustainable craft production. The project addresses the digital gap affecting vulnerable women and supports their access to the online market, helping them increase their employability and economic autonomy. Through a MOOC, an interactive training environment, national workshops, mentoring, and the creation of an e-commerce–ready digital platform, the project promotes social inclusion, digital literacy, and the sustainability of the craft sector.
Enable women at risk of exclusion to use digital tools, manage e-commerce activities, and develop sustainable business ideas.
Support women to enter or re-enter the labour market, create small craft-based businesses, or sell products online.
Reduce inequalities by offering open, user-friendly learning opportunities adapted to the needs of vulnerable groups.
Help artisans modernise their business models and reach wider markets through digital platforms and e-commerce.
- Creation of an online learning programme covering digital literacy, entrepreneurship, e-commerce, marketing, and sustainable craft business development.
Development of an interactive digital platform hosting the MOOC, training materials, tools, self-assessments, and support resources for women artisans.
In-person workshops in all partner countries to train participants, test the online tools, gather feedback, and refine the educational content.
One-to-one or group mentoring sessions to guide women through the process of launching or improving their craft-based businesses.
