The kick-off meeting for the Erasmus+ project “Kids & Laws,” titled “Educational Approach for the Introduction of Basic Legal Regulative and Moral Behavior Norms for Preschool Children,” took place in Kochani, North Macedonia, from November 20 to 22, 2023. This event marked the beginning of a collaborative effort between project partners from North Macedonia, Bulgaria, and Greece.
The meeting began on November 20 with the arrival and accommodation of participants, followed by a brief organizational session to finalize the agenda. On November 21, the formal proceedings commenced with an opening speech by the principal of Kindergarten Pavlina Veljanova and the project manager of NGO AVENA, outlining the meeting’s aims and tasks.
This was followed by short presentations from each project partner, offering insights into their roles and contributions. Subsequent sessions provided a comprehensive overview of the project’s goals, administrative guidelines under the Erasmus+ program, and a detailed description of planned activities and expected results.
The agenda for November 22 focused on establishing transnational project teams and defining coordination and communication strategies. Discussions also included scheduling future events and activities, ensuring alignment among all partners. The meeting concluded with a project management board session to finalize discussions, draw conclusions, and evaluate the event.
This kick-off meeting set the foundation for the project by fostering collaboration, clarifying roles, and aligning on objectives. It marked the start of a shared journey to develop innovative educational approaches for preschool children across partner regions.
