We are thrilled to share the highlights of the first international face-to-face meeting of the Economy For Life project, held yesterday in Granada, Spain. This important gathering brought together partners to review the progress made over the past months and plan the next steps toward improving the financial education of young Europeans.

Highlights of the meeting:

  • Reviewing Progress: Partners evaluated key activities completed so far, including the Focus Group discussions and surveys conducted among young Europeans—the project’s target group.
  • Training Materials in Development: The first English version of the training manual on Basic Economics is nearing completion. This comprehensive resource will cover five main blocks:
    1. Macroeconomics
    2. Microeconomics
    3. Finance
    4. Business
    5. Labour and Civil Contracts

With the release of this training manual on the horizon, the Economy For Life project is taking another significant step toward equipping young people with essential financial knowledge. By focusing on practical and accessible educational materials, the project aims to empower European youth to navigate economic challenges with confidence and competence.

We remain steadfast in our mission to enhance financial literacy across Europe, ensuring a brighter, more secure future for the next generation.
