GAMEY

Gamified Approach to Money Education for Youth

Description

The GAMEY project focuses on using game-based learning and digital educational tools to support young people in developing essential skills, enhancing engagement, and improving learning outcomes. It aims to integrate modern gamification strategies into educational environments, helping youth workers and educators adopt interactive, motivating, and technologically enhanced teaching methods. By combining digital tools, gaming elements, and innovative pedagogies, GAMEY strengthens young people’s digital readiness, creativity, critical thinking, and participation.

  1. Promote digital & game-based learning: Encourage the use of gamification and interactive digital tools to make learning more engaging for young people.
  2. Equip educators with practical skills to design and apply game-based educational methods.
  3. Enhance creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking using structured game-based activities.
  4. Use playful and accessible learning approaches to reach young people with fewer opportunities.
  5. Create a shared, adaptable methodology for game-based learning across European youth organizations.
  1. Creation of the GAMEY Digital Platform: Design an online space where youth workers and young people access gamified learning tools and materials.
  2. Development of Game-Based Learning Modules: Produce a set of interactive and gamified educational tasks that support key competences.
  3. Training Workshops for Youth Workers: Provide hands-on training to educators on how to use digital tools and game-based approaches effectively.
  4. Pilot Testing With Youth Groups: Test the platform and learning modules with young participants to collect feedback and improve the system.
