The FURBUS Project is dedicated to reshaping eating habits and promoting sustainable dietary practices. This transnational initiative tackles the critical issue of food waste by offering innovative solutions to educate and actively engage adults, particularly those living in urban areas. By leveraging international expertise and best practices, the project aims to reduce food waste, enhance responsible consumption, and contribute to addressing climate change.
- Creation of an interactive digital map showcasing 60 best practices related to food waste reduction and sustainable eating.
- Development of an online adult education course focused on food waste reduction and sustainable nutrition.
- Enhancement of the knowledge and skills of adults and adult educators in food waste reduction and sustainability through local training events.
