Agile Sustainability Practices and Innovation

Description

The ASPI project is a pioneering initiative designed to empower youth
organizations by integrating agile project management methodologies into their operational frameworks. Aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and impact of projects targeting young people with fewer opportunities, ASPI involves key activities such as specialized workshops, a comprehensive research study on current youth work practices, and targeted support for organizations new to agile methodologies. By fostering a more flexible, responsive, and collaborative approach to project management, ASPI seeks to equip partner organizations with the tools and knowledge necessary to better serve their communities and make a lasting positive impact on the youth they support.

  1. Guidebook Creation: Develop a guidebook on agile
    methodologies for youth-focused NGOs.

  2. Methodology Research: Research existing tools and methods used by NGOs for youth work.

  3. Capacity Building: Enhance partner organizations’ impact
    through agile project management.

  1. Workshops and Training: Conduct workshops and training sessions on agile methodologies for staff and volunteers of partner organizations.

  2. Research Study: Perform a comprehensive study to evaluate current practices in youth work across participating countries.

  3. Agile Implementation Support: Provide hands-on support to a newcomer organization in adopting agile project management
    for an Erasmus+ project.
