Free Training Programme for Civic Nest Members on European Projects

From 11 to 21 November, Civic Nest is organising a free online training programme focused on participation in and writing of European projects.

The programme is open to all Civic Nest members and forms part of the initiative’s mission to support the self-financing, empowerment, and capacity building of civil society. Through this training cycle, participants will have the opportunity to explore key concepts, tools, and practical methods related to the design, development, and submission of European project proposals.

The training will take place online and will cover a wide range of topics, from an introduction to funded programmes and the interpretation of calls for proposals, to budgeting, project planning, and the use of artificial intelligence tools.

The programme includes the following sessions:

11 November: Theory and introduction to funded programmes
12 November: Partnership platforms and reading calls for proposals
13 November: What a project is and what its key elements are
14 November: Project logic: from organisations to impact
17 November: Project summary, indicators, and examples
19 November: Roles of organisations and intervention timeline
20 November: Budgeting and cost registration
21 November: Use of AI and other tools, with examples of successful proposals

Participation is completely free for Civic Nest members.
